• Bio:

    Emily Hoyt-Weber creates ephemeral installations, paintings, and videos to frame the subjective relationship to physical space. A graduate from Humboldt State University with a BA in Art and English, she received her MFA in the San Francisco Bay Area from Mills College where she was awarded a teaching fellowship and a scholarship from the Herringer Foundation. She has exhibited at the Coastal Bend College Gallery, Wally Workman Gallery, Pump Project Art Complex, Women and Their Work in TX; ProArts Gallery, Mills College Art Museum, Blankspace, and Branch Gallery in Oakland, CA. She has taught ceramics and drawing at Coastal Bend College in Beeville, TX and currently teaches sculpture at The Contemporary Austin Art School.
